SIGHTLINES: FOOTBALL, ART AND COMMUNITY
John Hall: Artist / Project co-ordinator
A three phase project devised by myself in partnership with local schools and Barrow AFC , currently centred around the commissioning of artist Glen Boulter to produce a new piece of digital Artwork for Barrow AFC, drawing on the clubs relationship with its community and on an examination of footballs place in the broader culture.
Phase 1 Research and development.

Phase 2 Digital artist Glenn Boulter appointed to work at at Barrow AFC
Schools projects at James Rennie, St Aidans, Stanwyx schools in Carlisle, Barrow Island, and St Bernards in Barrow in Furness.
Phase 3 Rolling exhibition and education programme at Barrow AFC, in partnership with the club and the Bluebird Playing For Success centre.
Participating artists Glenn Boulter / Aurelie, Ian Mcmillan, Shaun Blezard, Kate Davis and John Hall
Devised and recorded by students from St Berrnards School Barrow inFurnes with Ian Mcmillan , John Hall and Kate Davis.
Additional dialogue from David Ingham, Phill Gregg and Damien Rose.
